Please note some of our additional treatment room services will incur a fee.
For these services incurring a fee, you will be required to pay the full amount*.


What does the full amount mean?  
full amount* = additional service + consultation fee.

 
The full consultation fee will be rebated back to you, into your nominated bank account linked with Medicare.

Important notes
  • How do I pay for my Telehealth Appointment? 
    Reception will 
    call within the hour prior to your appointment. Payment to be made via card over the phone. 
  • How do I get my rebate after payment from an in clinic or Telehealth appointment?
    Reception will process your rebate to Medicare immediately. The rebate will go back into your nominated account with Medicare.
  • If a rebate is unable to be processed on the day or you haven’t nominated an account with Medicare?
    Patients will be required to claim Medicare benefits themselves, at a Medicare office, online through My Gov or Express Plus Medicare Mobile app.
